Learned counsel for the appellant had sought time to implead the legal representatives of respondent No.1 after notice issued to respondent No.1Gopi Singh had been received with the report that he had died. Despite various opportunities, the legal representatives of respondents No.1 and 6 have not been impleaded, neither was the correct address of respondents No.10 to 16 and 19 furnished.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite best efforts, including sending of a registered letter to his client, his client has not contacted OMKAR SINGH 2019.03.20 11:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

RSA No.1385 of 1998(O&M) [2] him. He pleads no instructions in this matter. Keeping in view the aforesaid position, this Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the appellant at the available address. In case of any grievance, liberty is afforded to the appellant to move an appropriate application in this case within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
