**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (ORAL) Present petition is filed praying for quashing of FIR No.114 dated 20.07.2015, under Sections 420, 406 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Khizrabad, District Yamunanagar, on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 submits that no compromise has been effected between the parties. 3.

In view of above, there is no occasion to entertain the present petition, at this stage and consequently, the same is hereby dismissed. 4.

However, a liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case they compromise the matter with the complainant-respondent No.2.
