RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 174 dated 18.04.2018 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sunil, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Learned State counsel has also admitted that disputed mortgage deed does not bear the signatures of petitioner. In view of the above, order dated 24.07.2018, is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
