(ORAL) The appellants/defendants are in second appeal against the concurrent judgments and decrees of the learned Courts below, whereby the suit filed by the respondent/plaintiff for possession and mandatory injunction, has been decreed by both the Courts below. Vakalatnama filed on behalf of all the respondents in Court today is taken on record.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant-State states that the present appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn as the execution filed by the respondent/plaintiff stands satisfied as possession has been handed over to the respondents. In this regard, order dated 08.05.2025 passed by learned Executing Court in Case No. EXE-11-2020 titled as "Kuldeep DIVYANSHI 2025.05.22 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
