Present writ petition has been filed for directing official respondents No.1 to 4 to take suitable action against private respondents No.5 to 7 and revenue officials who in collusion with each other have done registry of the property house No.2 situated in Lal Dora of village Majri, Sector 2, Panchkula, which is reflected as owned by the Municipal Corporation, Panchkula i.e. respondent No.3 on 26.05.2023 (Annexure P10). Further prayer has been made for quashing the registry of the said property (property Id: 1FJ3FFEQ6) in favour of respondents No.5 to 7 as the same is result of collusion between them and revenue officials and for directing the respondents to decide the representations dated 07.12.2023, 02.12.2023 & 09.12.2023 (Annexures P-11 to P-13) and of the petitioners as well as Ex-Panchayat Members.
