(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner-tenant could not come to Court today due to a medical emergency. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petitionertenant be granted one year's time to vacate the premises subject to his clearing the entire arrears of rent till date as per the order passed by the Rent Controller within a period of two months as well as pay/deposit the future rent by the 7th of every month.
