Learned State counsel submits that the present FIR has already been quashed vide order dated 24.11.2023, passed by this Court in CRM-M-40326-2023, as such, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. Copy of the said order has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
