**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(oral) This is a second petition for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 43 dated 30.5.2017 registered under Sections 395, 506 IPC and Sections 467, 468, 420, 473 IPC (added later on) and Sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar, Budhlada District Mansa. The first petition bearing CRMM No.33186 of 2017 was allowed to be withdrawn vide order dated 10.10.2017.

After arguing this case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
