**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) Short reply has been filed on behalf of respondent-State by the learned State counsel by way of an affidavit of Amandeep Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Divsion Shahkot, District Jalandhar (Rural) and the same is taken on record.

As the petitioner has caused the injuries on the eye of the complainant Pawandeep Singh son of Darshan Singh which has led to loss of vision, I am not inclined to grant the concession of bail to the petitioner. Faced with the above situation, the counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Ordered accordingly.
