Petitioners pray for quashing of FIR No.1 dated 02.01.2015, registered against them under Sections 379/420/506/34 IPC at police station Bhawani Khera, District Bhiwani.

Admittedly, the matter is pending investigation. Petitioners have rushed to this Court without even producing all the documents relied upon by them before the investigating agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly admits that the petitioners have not even applied for bail in the said FIR. Keeping in view the entire facts and circumstances of the case, it is apparent that the matter is still pending investigation. The present petition seeking quashing of the abovementioned FIR at this stage is premature. Dismissed.
