**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner was appointed as Extension Lecturer in Hindi on 01.08.2014 by duly constituted selection committee and she worked up to 18.11.2014. She was relieved on joining of regularly selected candidate. Her experience certificate is at Annexure P-2.

Reference has been made to letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-5) wherein at Sr. No. 306, 01 post is still lying vacant in Hindi in respondent No. 3-College. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to look into the representation dated 06.03.2019 (P-6) of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in view of letter dated 19.09.2016 (P-3) and 28.01.2019 (P-5) in accordance with law, if the vacancy is still available in the college-respondent No. 3 as on today i.e 08.04.2019.
