*** VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J. (ORAL) The instant contempt petition alleges willful disobedience of order dated 29.09.2025 passed in CWP No.7154 of 2016 (Annexure P-1). 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that against the said decision of the writ Court, LPA No.1083 of 2026 was preferred and in the said appeal, vide order dated 21.04.2026, the Division Bench has stayed the judgment passed by the Single Bench.

That being so, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage and the Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.
