Surinder Gupta, J. (Oral) CM No. 13843-C of 2015 This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) for placing on record compromise dated 14.07.2015 and for disposal of main appeal in view of said compromise.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sale deed of suit land has been executed in favour of appellant on 18.12.2015, as such, this appeal has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 also submits that the sale deed of suit land has since been executed in favour of appellant.

In view of above, the instant application is allowed and the appeal which was admitted vide order dated 07.08.2001 is taken on Board today itself for final disposal.
