(Oral) Counsel for the respondent gives an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, before learned Trial Court, on the next date fixed i.e. 13.08.2025. In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
