The learned counsel representing the appellants submits that the previous counsel of the appellant was elevated to the Bench and he has sent a letter to the appellants which has been returned with the report that "the house is found locked".

This is defendants' regular second appeal against the judgments passed by both the Courts below while decreeing the plaintiff's suit for the grant of permanent injunction restraining the defendants from raising any construction in the area reserved for common purposes.
