Thus personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial court may be exempted.

Petition is disposed of with a direction that in case an application for exemption from personal appearance is moved by the petitioner before the court below, it may consider the same in accordance with law. The trial court may exempt the petitioner from personal appearance except on the dates his presence is necessary. Trial court may also endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously.
