**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner was appointed as Extension Lecturer in the subject of Physics on 02.09.2013 by duly constituted selection committee and she worked up to 07.04.2014. She was relieved on 07.04.2014 on joining of regularly selected candidate. Her experience certificate is at Annexure P-1. Reference has been made to letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-12) wherein at Sr. No. 704, 01 post is still lying vacant in the subject of Physics in respondent No. 4College. In para No. 8 of the petition, it has further been mentioned that one Ram Kumar (H.O.D) in the Physics Department has been promoted as Principal (C.D.C) since January, 2019, so one more seat is lying vacant with respondent No. 4-College.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to respondent No. 3 and 4 for adjustment, keeping in view letter dated 28.01.2019 and respondent No. 3 and 4 shall look into the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in view of letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-12) in accordance with law, if the vacancy is still available in the college-respondent No. 4 as on today i.e 04.04.2019.
