Present:

Mr.Gurbachan Singh Bhatia, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.

Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents to submit the report in compliance of the order dated 23.11.2013 passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajpura in case FIR No.6 dated 06.01.2012 under Sections 323, 325, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

As per the order dated 23.11.2011 passed by learned SDJM, Rajpura, it is ordered that no ground is made out to accept the cancellation report and the same is returned back to the quarter concerned for further investigation through senior police official not below the rank of SI and to consider the MLR dated 06.01.2012 and VINEET GULATI 2015.09.15 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-30066 of 2015 -2CT scan report dated 11.01.2012 of Gurmeet Kaur while reinvestigating the matter as the said report shows fracture on the body of Gurmeet Kaur and to submit the report within two months from the date of order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that till date, the report has not been submitted and order has not been complied with. It is admitted at the time of arguments that the petitioner has approached the lower Court also and lower Court had also sought status report and investigation is still going on. Keeping in view the fact that cancellation report was not accepted by the Court and it was sent back for further investigation as per order dated 23.11.2011, respondent No.2 is directed to look into the matter and get expedited and completed the investigation in this case, at the earliest.

With the above-said direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
