(ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 29.11.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed by a Magistrate declaring the petitioner as proclaimed person and for quashing of FIR No.981, dated 06.12.2022, registered at Police Station Panipat City, District Panipat, under Section 174-A IPC which is outcome of order dated 29.11.2022. For the aforementioned relief, the petitioner had earlier filed CRM-M-12847-2023 which was dismissed vide order dated 15.03.2023. Thus, the present petition is not maintainable and is dismissed as such.
