Versus
State of Haryana and Another ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.
Present:
None for the petitioner.
Shekher Dhawan, J.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite pass over. After filing of the present petition, it was taken up for hearing on 25.07.2018, 30.07.2018, 22.10.2018, 04.12.2018 and 18.03.2019. But still nobody has come forward to argue the matter. On the last date of hearing i.e. 18.03.2019, this Court passed the following order: "Today again, learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for yet another adjournment. Though there is no justified ground for further adjournment as the matter is being repeatedly adjourned on the request of petitioners' counsel, yet last opportunity is granted to the petitioners to address arguments.
Adjourned to 09.05.2019."
In view of above, present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
