(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 68 dated 21.06.2016, registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, Distt. Mansa, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 304-B IPC. As per chemical examiner report, no poison was detected in the content of Exhibits I, II, III, IV and V. The allegations levelled against the petitioner are general in nature with regard to harassment and demand of dowry. The husband of the petitioner has also been granted bail on 10.01.2017 vide CRM-M-39372-2016.
ASI Shamsher Bahadur states that out of 18 witnesses, none have been examined so far.
