(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.)' praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.6 dated 9.1.2018, under Sections 186, 332, 353 and 506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Chhappar, District Yamuna Nagar.

On 4.4.2019, while issuing notice of motion, interim protection was granted to the petitioner subject to her joining investigation and complying with the provisions contained under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.01.22 17:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
