No one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. Vide order dated 19.01.2024 notices were issued to the appellant. As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has received back unserved with a report that he is not residing at the given address. 2.

The said address is the only address available in the memo of parties and in the judgments passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and the same is the one on which the notices were sent. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
