(Presence marked through Video Conference) ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to continue his services on the post of driver in the office of respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as driver on contract basis by Civil Surgeon-cum-Chairman Executive Committee, District Health and Family Welfare Society, Mewat. His contract was renewed/extended from time to time. Apprehending termination of his services/contract, petitioner sent a representation dated 03.04.2021 (Annexure P-9), but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence, the instant petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, petitioner would be satisfied, at this stage, if a final decision is taken, either way, by the respondents on the pending representation dated 03.04.2021 (Annexure P-9), giving reasons thereof.

Learned State counsel joins proceedings on advance service and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana. 6.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 03.04.2021 (Annexure P-9) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of two months from today. 9.

Disposed of accordingly.
