( 2 ) CRM-35932-2021 and CRM-35934-2021 in/and CRM-M-20474-2021 (O&M) Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that since challan has now been filed before the Trial Court, therefore, in view of the changed circumstances, he intends to file a fresh application before the Trial Court again and that as such he may be permitted to withdraw the main petition.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application and keeping in view the specific prayer for withdrawal of the main petition, the application is allowed as prayed for.

CRM-M-20474-2021 (Main Case) In view of the order passed above in CRM-35934 of 2021 the main case itself is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
