Allegations against them are of mis-appropriating paddy/rice of PUNSUP to the tune of Rs.1.40 crores. Their conditional anticipatory bail granted by the learned Sessions Judge,Pathankot was dismissed on account of petitioners' failure to furnish bank guarantee in respect of mis-appropriated paddy. Before this Court, on 7.9.2015 petitioners had sought time to furnish such bank guarantee.
