(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balvir Singh, PS Sadar Tarn Taran has made statement that respondent no. 4 is absconding and proceedings for declaring him to be proclaimed offender are under way and respondent no. 5 has been found innocent. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition, however, reserving the rights of the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of the courts on the same very grounds in case of any future eventuality. Allowed to do so.
