-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.230 dated 21.3.2022 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 427, 452, 506 IPC at Police Station Sector-58, District Faridabad. Reply filed by the State counsel is ordered to be taken on record.
Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 29.4.2022 passed by this Court. The counsel further submits that matter has GAURAV SOROT 2022.08.01 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
( 2 ) CRM-M-17877-2022 been compromised between the parties and the accused persons have filed compromise quashing petition, in which, the statement of parties have been recorded.
State counsel on instructions Shri Ram has admitted the aforesaid assertions made by the counsel for the petitioners. State counsel further submitted that now the petitioners are not required by police for custodial interrogation.
Admittedly no specific injury has been attributed to the petitioners.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 29.4.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioners should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
