H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) It is a case of petitioners getting married against wishes of family members of petitioner No.2, who are arrayed as private respondents No. 4 to 11. It is submitted that the petitioners apprehend danger to their lives and liberty at the hands of such private respondents and necessary direction be issued to the official respondents for their protection.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to SSP Gurdaspur, to look into the grievance of the petitioners and to take necessary measures to ensure that life and liberty of the petitioners is not jeopardized at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 11 or persons claiming under them.
