The parties were married on 30.11.2003 and out of their wedlock two daughters were born who are now aged 11 and 7 years. Mediation proceedings initiated by this Court have also failed.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from his client, who is present in Court, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
