Despite opportunities, no steps have been taken by the appellant to pursue the present petition and even today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of sole appellant.

In view of the aforesaid report and lack of due diligence on the part of the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to its revival, in case, any cogent cause of action survives.
