Petitioner seeks the concession of bail pending trial in FIR No.115 dated 17.10.2016 under Sections 376/511/323/454/325/458/459 IPC registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Police Commissionerate. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Satnam Singh, submits that the prosecution evidence in this case is complete. The matter is listed before the learned trial court for final arguments on 01.11.2017. In this view of the matter, no ground is made for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner, at this stage. Dismissed.
