Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the lives of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 4 & 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that respondent No.3 is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station to sign the blank papers to which petitioners are not willing to sign at all. The petitioners have made a representation dated 6.8.2017 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, District Amritsar, but the same remained unattended till now.
Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, District Amritsar, is directed to look into the representation dated 6.8.2017 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, as per law.
