Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner was praying for a direction for some senior police officer to investigate FIR No.123 dated 12.6.2015 under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 406,34 IPC, PS Ferozepur Jhirka,Distt.Mewat. It was stated that the daughter of the petitioner-complainant was killed by giving poison by her in laws and no fair investigations were being conducted.

Upon notice, reply has been filed by Sh.Yad Ram,DSP,Ferozepur Jhirka. It has been stated therein that after thorough investigation challan has been presented against husband under Sections 304-B,498-A and 34 IPC and the husband was arrested. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed.

Disposed of accordingly.
