(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 16 dated 27.06.2018 under Sections 376, 342, 347, 506, 120-B IPC, Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, registered at Police Station City-I, Sangrur, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition by submitting that the petitioners would surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week and will move an application for regular bail, the same be considered expeditiously.
