Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.190 dated 01.06.2017 under Sections 302, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal.

Notice of motion.

Mr.Navdeep Singh, AAG, Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested the petition. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. As per prosecution version, present petitioner along with coaccused Karamvir @ Kalan has committed murder of Deepak. Learned State counsel has brought it to the notice of this Court that trial is complete VINEET GULATI 2019.05.08 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh and case is fixed for recording statement of the accused under Section 313

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offence and in view of the fact that petitioner is one of the main accused, I do not find it a fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of regular bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
