CRM-M-32919-2013 Magistrate First Class, Assandh (Karnal), in Criminal Case No. 21, titled as "State v. Mehtab Singh and others, submits that the petitioners and their co-accused were acquitted. In support of his contention, he has placed on record computer generated copy of the said order, which is taken on record. In view of above, the present petition for quashing of FIR No. 314, dated 21.5.2011, for the offence punishable under Section 10 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Area Act, 1975, registered at Police Station, Assand, District Karnal, has been rendered infructuous.
