With the consent of the parties, the main case is taken up on today, which is already on Board at Serial No.914 of this Bench. Counsel for the parties agreeable that the relief, which has been claimed by the petitioner for the grant of promotional increment after completion of 23 years of service, is now covered by an order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.1013 of 2017, decided on 29.11.2018.

Keeping in view the fact that both the parties are agreed that the present writ petition is covered by the decision rendered in the abovementioned writ petition, the present writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms as CWP No.1013 of 2017, decided on 29.11.2018.
