Sonipat 323, 341, 506 & 506 IPC The petitioner, arraigned as accused in the above captioned FIR, has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR and the consequent charges because as per the accused no case is made out.

The State strenuously opposes the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has been specifically named as the sole accused and the mischief monger. There is nothing to disbelieve the statements of the eye witnesses, which require cross-examination and an opportunity to be heard before they are declared as incredible. Thus, there is neither any illegality in the charged framed against the petitioner nor in FIR, and its not a case to disrupt the criminal trial. Petition dismissed.
