***** SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.80 dated 21.08.2015, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Nurmahal, District Jalandhar City.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 07.09.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the injuries on the person of the injured were simple in nature.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. " Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Jagdish Kumar has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 07.09.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
