ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.43 dated 31.03.2018 registered under Sections 341, 323 IPC (Section 452 IPC added later) at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda, District Bathinda.

The operative part of the order dated 25.07.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that initially the FIR was registered under Sections 323 and 341 and the petitioner joined the investigation and was released on bail. Thereafter, after a gap of 02 months, Section 452 IPC has been added. It is further submitted that the enquiry is still pending before the police and the petitioner is ready to join the investigation again and cooperate throughout. Notice of motion for 13.11.2018...."

CRM-M No.31103 of 2018 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 25.07.2018, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jagdeep Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 25.07.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
