The grievance of the petitioner, as canvassed in the instant petition, hinges upon the indolent approach of the respondents concerned in deciding his application (Annexure P-1) for grant of regular parole for ten weeks, which has been pending decision for past two months. Consequently, the petitioner seeks issuance of a mandamus upon the respondents concerned to expeditiously make a decision on his parole application (Annexure P-1). 2.

Considering the innocuous and bonafide prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to, without issuing notice, direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to, within three weeks from receipt of a certified copy of this order, make a final decision upon the petitioner's parole application (Annexure P-1). 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
