(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition is seeking setting aside of order dated 31.10.2022 whereby Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana has dismissed the complaint of the petitioner. The impugned order has been passed by Magistrate and petitioner has filed present petition under Section 401 of Cr.P.C. invoking jurisdiction of this Court. The jurisdiction of Sessions Court is coextensive with jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner has not availed remedy of revision before Sessions Court. The petition is disposed of with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law.
