Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), District Jalandhar to look into the representation (Annexure P6) made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that revenue record was tampered with by the revenue officials and petitioner had made various representations to different authorities including Annexure P6 to respondent No.2, but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), District Jalandhar, is directed to look into the representation dated 23.3.2017 (Annexure P6) and take required action, if any, expeditiously, as per law.
