This is a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside impugned orders dated 29.01.2026 (Annexures P-11 and P-12) passed by the Executing Court, whereby the application under Order XXI Rule 66 CPC filed by the decree holder/respondent has been allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since in the Regular Second Appeal, interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner, thus, she seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
