**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 95 dated 20.07.2017 under Sections 363/ 366A IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot.
This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 18.08.2017 :- "Notice of motion for 5.12.2017.
Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to her furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investing Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."
