Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, submits that petitioner-Manjit Kaur has made a statement on 14.12.2023 to the effect that she does not want any action to be taken in respect of representation dated 21.11.2023 made by her. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if the cause of action so ensues.

Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
