(Oral) The present petition is under Article 226 for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty to the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 as the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is mother of respondent No.4-Rajesh and FIR No.273 dated 10.04.2021 under Sections 323, 34, 506 IPC at Police Station Karnal Sadar, District Karnal (Annexure P-2) stands registered at her instance against her son-respondent No.4 (Rajesh). He contends that she faced a threat to her life at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.6 vehemently denies this fact and seeks some time to file reply.
The learned counsel for the respondent-State, on the other hand, contends that in the aforementioned FIR, the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. is ready and shall be submitted to the Court positively within a period of two weeks from today.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. However, respondent No.3 is directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioner at the hands of the private respondents. Disposed of.
