(Oral) The petitioners through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are seeking setting aside of order dated 06.12.2016 whereby the petitioners have been declared proclaimed offenders in FIR No.37 dated 18.02.2016 registered at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar Commissionerate, under Section 304-B of IPC (Sections 302 and 120-B of IPC added later on).
Reply by way of affidavit of Harsimrat Singh, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Jalandhar, is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place. As per reply, the petitioners have been declared innocent. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
