MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of regular bail on medical grounds in FIR No.180 dated 20.12.2022 under Section 21 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur.

Short affidavit of Superintendent, Central Jail, Ferozepur, has been filed in Court, which is taken on record. Copy supplied to the counsel opposite.

Learned State counsel has at the outset drawn the attention of this Court to the affidavit and submitted that the petitioner is being regularly treated for all his medical ailments; his medical condition is being routinely monitored by the jail doctors and at the present, all his vitals are stable. In the circumstances, no ground is made out to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner.
